seems to rhyme pretty darn tightly to me. If you were meaning the spoken word 'rap' section near the end, even that rhymes, in a poetry kinda way.

Smack bang in the middle of that tightly rhyming verse/chorus collection above you get a blank that rhymes with 'bits'. In the video, the women gesture to their tits. I really don't think there is any other way you can take it other than Prince being cheeky and fun and letting you, the listener fill in the naughty words so that he doesn't 'spoil' the song by being crude.
