can anyone say RARE?? Who else has it?? Is it really rare? I have the original vinyl release and an original press release that came with it. It is nothing special as far as packaging goes and since it was on Hot Pink Records, it is almost totally irrelevant now that the music has been re release several times on different labels. I have a 2 disc set of this music on a Charly Records release that has alternative versions and some other unreleased tracks. THat is rare.

I have 94 East Featuring Prince - Symbolic Beginning. I am not sure what the difference is between this and MPLS Genius. If somebody could tell me the difference, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

The recordings are rare, because there are only so many of them. BUT Pepe has released this shiz so many times, and in different ways, (remember the 2-disk set w/ the cookhouse sessions?) that it's just another sucker buying them all up.
But don't get me wrong, the original recordings, without a lot of overdubs, are a good piece of Prince history.
