Just discovered the tracklist and an updated press release for Sade's new album "Soldier Of Love" that made me even more hype about that particular release...

Was reminded once again of the fact that this is her first album since 2000, in other words a decade since she put out any new music.

A thought came to mind... What if Prince would have been on the low since the release of "The Rainbow Children" in 2001 and he would do a similar return to music after a nearly 10-year hiatus? I know this might seem like a ridiculous thing, since in reality he has been releasing new music non-stop the last few years and been very prolific as usual...

But just say what if... What album from the last 10 years do you think would be the best comeback album for Prince - for fans, commercial success etc?

The old school funk of "Musicology"? The pop-R&B of "3121"? The varied "Planet Earth"? The experimental guitar-heavy "Lotusflow3r"? The 80s throwback "MPLSound"? If you could choose one album as the ultimate comeback for Prince, which would it be?

you know like he has so many unreleased albums.
he should have put some of the stuff from
"planet earth" "Musicology" and "3121"
together on a multidisk like "21 nights" (yes i know it's a book too)
but that put together would have been the big comeback he needs.
