I think it's the kind of thing he used to write for Morris Day to sing.
Just jokes about how great he is, and how bad the other person is.

I choose to believe he is singing about his "web police". When he says "If you think about how much time it took 4 you to try 2 get a page in my book" is certain people trying to talk Prince into giving them control and of that area for him. "What the ___ eye was thinking when when eye threw u the ball". He doesn't know what he was thinking when he let them have free reign and start sueing his fans. "It hit 3 bystanders after u touched it, now they want to sue me but they love me too much" I think refers to the fans that were effected. "Cuz they know eye wish them heaven and all of it's gold." Meaning he loves his fans and wishes them well.....and isn't that about the time that Prince videos and pics started showing back up on the internet without backlash? I don't know, just my thoughts.
