I don't love it, and it's definitely a weak spot on what I consider to be an absolutely brilliant, five-star album, but I don't mind the song. And I think Prince has done way worse. GB is stunning when compared to tripe like "Wherever U Go, Whatever U Do."

Not a favorite of mine at all. That and The Holy River I would consider to be some of the biggest cheese P has put on record.

I do like Tevin's part in the song (singing with Prince).

I love the songs.

As soon as I heard it I thought "wow" and loved Prince ever since!
Those who don't like it maybe are just unspiritual or too miserable to like light hearted feel good songs.

Love it. The song itself is profound. Even though it isn't a rock tune that most people desire from Prince, it shows how well rounded Prince is as a songwriter.

Don't like it.
Sounds (feels) very contrived and that turns me off.

If Graffiti Bridge (the song) was Prince's only nursery-rhyme-ish song, we'd chalk it up as a novelty and unique within his catalog.

However, we also have Be My Mirror (which I actually like), Wherever U Go, Whatever U Do and Resolution ... we also have Wedding Feast if that counts.

That's too many.

Perhaps the album should have been titled "Thieves In The Temple" along with the movie, and the story line would be Prince as an Arabian thief

i like the rawer demo version - it's easier to hear the lyrics. less over produced - similar to a lot of his stuff (Gold demo comes to mind).
