Upscale Magazine 1989, 1990?

I was trying to recall an issue of Upscale Magazine from around the time of the Batman era in which Prince is on the cover. Theres a cool several pages about him and some great pics.
The reason why im asking you guy for help on this, is because I was thinking there was a mention of movies he was writing or working on. The title "Dark of the Moon" comes to mind.
Does anyone know what Im talking about or am I just wrong?

He was in the February 1990 issue of Upscale.

The article (which is a little hit or miss in the "fact" stakes) does mention upcoming projects. Here's the relevant text :

"Paisley Park currently has four films in development which Prince will star in and write music for, and Albert Magnoli will write and direct. The films are : Graffiti Bridge, a street-orientated musical; The Dawn, also a musical; Dark Side Of The Moon; and The Robert Johnson Story (the story of a blues recording sensation in the 40's who died at 21). The first film is slated for production in Fall 1990."
