Well I just ordered the 2 different Lotusflower vinyl sets, the single and the triple.. I also ordered Planet Earth on vinyl, was missing that one. I love to actually listen to them on a record player. I am still missing The Rainbow Children and Rave on vinyl. I think most other LPs I have. I am considering the 180 gram Purple Rain too, just to see how it sounds but I guess that just silly isn't it!? Am I the only one who continues to pick up all Prince's albums on vinyl and actually listen to them? I am not a freak who keeps them all sealed, I love to listen to them.

Cool, the new LPs look nice. But just so you are aware, as far as I know the Planet Earth vinyl is fake.

I am having trouble finding TRC on vinyl. There was one on eBay a couple of months ago but went for over $100, I don't think I want to spend that kind of money on a regular LP.

They also have estimated pricing in the $100 ballpark for The Rainbow Children. I guess it must be somewhat rare.

I just received my copy of the Lotusflow3r/MPLSOUND in the mail today. I had ordered it from www.cdandlp.com on Dec.3.(Also ordered a copy on ebay) I will be putting it on the turntable after the football game. I have Rave on vinyl, but I still need TRC also. I may have to pay the $100 since it is one of my favorites. I would much rather listen to vinyl than CD's.

TRC vinyl is a nice package. Big full
color illustrations in the booklet and
of course, Prince peeking on the outer
cover spine.
The music sounds warm and full coming
off of the turntable. Drums and that
Fender keyboard sound nice.

I'll bet that Lotus vinyl sounds awesome!

I just got Lotusflow3r on vinyl - the first P album I've got in this format since D&P. Can't wait to give it a listen - I haven't had a turntable for years.

Vinyls are always cool, for the artwork and everything. I buy all I can find. Last one I got was gold experience promo (supposed to be gold vinyl - it was yellow).

Mine arrived just 10 mins ago. Its beautiful.

Shame its not 180gm vinyl, would really suit the package.

I may even give mplsound a spin now as I've dismissed it too harshly...

So this is officially the THIRD time I've bought the album.

First the download with the membership, then the imported cd from the US(I'm in Ireland) and now the vinyl from France (fnac.com)

Christmas sure has come early, but it would be really sweet if I could get my bloody t-shirt before the end of the year too!!!

Lotusflow3r Double Vinyl
MLPSound Single Vinyl
Planet Earth Double Vinyl

I am slightly bummed as one corner on all of them is a little bent, but still fine. The Lotus 2LP (inc MLPS) and single MLPS LPs are sealed I haven't opened them yet. The Planet Earth is unsealed and doesn't have the image from the cover at all (with Prince looking down at planet earth). The Planet Earth does look a little cheap like a promo from an independent record company. Squirrelgrease says its a fake and now I am pretty sure he's right. I am still happy to have them all so listen to at some point. I am about to move so it will have to wait as all my stuff is getting packed up! Now I just need to hunt down Rainbow Children vinyl and perhaps Rave on vinyl. (as long as they are reasonably priced). I don't have Gold Experience on vinyl either...

Very nice...Listening to records is fun.

I'm a huge vinyl fan too. Love listening to them, especially the old albums. The track listings almost make more sense when you think how the tracks were spit into 2 or 4 sides.

TRC only had 1000 copies made, which is why its so expensive. I'd love a copy too but not at $100
