Please help with finding a certain Prince song! I am looking for a post 1990 Prince song, because I have one certain word in my head all the time, but I can't seem to remember to which song it belongs!
It sounds like he is singing "Surely, surely... [something] surely", with his tongue-in-cheek voice, singing it a bit pseudo-out-of-tune. It nearly sounds as if he is singing "Charly"!  
The sound reminds me of an either 90s or early 00s hip-hop sounding Prince song with some funky licks in there. I'd be forever grateful for your help finding that song, because if there is anything in this world that I hate more than small boobs it is having a certain part of a certain song in my head, not knowing which song it is.

Thanks, but it's not You Will Be Moved by Mavis Staples. It is clearly him singing it and it is much more quirky and hip-hop sounding.
Maybe something from the late 90s or the NPGMC days? | |
