when i first heard this sequence i was pretty excited by the dark vibe and the guitar work and was thinking it was going to go into something really cool... then beverly park started... i dunno, weird mood change. not was i was expecting and not in the good way. also, that song always makes me think 'that's amore'

These two songs are one of my favourite parts of LF.
Love like jazz. Isn't jazz all about improvisation? The 7ths, the accents, the diminisheds, augmenteds, the flat 5ths. All the colours of the rainbow, blending into one. These songs are like a relationship and its necessary improvisations. Highs and medium periods, unpredictable tune changes which then roll into the mood metamorphis, of Beverly Park 77. The relationship lows, the darkness & intensity of the night, followed by the breakthrough into the dawn. Sparkly, clean and fresh, dew on the rose petals, early morning sunshine. A brand new day and a clean sheet for the relationship. Rejuventation. That's what I feel is going on. PRince likes the sound of a womans voice being unclear if it is laughing or crying..do u remember Purple rain? mabey she is crying Tears of Joy..

I haven't heard anyone agree with me, although "77 Beverly Park," reminds me of "With You." When I first heard it, I thought it was.
