2. Mr. Goodnight 3. Incense and Candles 4. Illusion, Pimp, Circumstance, and Bullshit 5. Life Of The Party And anything else I may have missed that resembles shit hop or current music even in the slightest. My! You do come out with some surprising comments!

1. The Lotusflow3r website debacle
If you don't feel the need to do what you do in a professional way, then simply don't do it!!! 2. His use of the internet in general I liked the NPGMC, and while I understand that he needs change from time to time, he has failed to replace the NPGMC with anything proper so far. The age of digital download has so many chances for a highly productive artist like Prince with his tons of material collecting dust somewhere in Paisley Park, and I think it is a pity that he refuses to see those chances. 3. Silly wars with his fanbase Self-explanatory... 4. Silly wars with youtube etc. While I see his point about copyright and the respect for artistic work in general, he is fighting windmills there and is only harming himself. Prince has criticized the music industry for valid reasons IMO, but he makes just the same mistake as most record execs here: trying to stop the digital revolution instead of trying to make the best of it and find new aspects of marketing offered by it. 5. Not marketing the Lotuslow3r set on a worldwide basis While I'm not sure if "Elixer" could have been a contender overseas, at least a "trimmed down" 2 CD package consisting of "Lotuslow3r" and "MPLSound" available at a resonable price and supported by proper marketing could have been a success in other countries as well. Most of his recent output went top 10 in Germany, for instance, and I think it is a shame that a great album like "Lotusflow3r" went down the drain overlooked by most people outside the USA.

For you maybe but at the end of the day Prince still has you $77 So its a win for him I disagree. He may have won some $ this time, but most Prince fans won't sign up for other potential Prince online platforms in the future as a result of the lotuslow3r disaster, so he has potentially ruined a whole market for himself for several years or so.
