I'm in the minority on this one. I don't care for the length. It could have faded at 7 or 8 minutes. I would have liked it better if it were shorter.

Fav bit for me is the synth solo. The sound is really soft and slinky and I love the jazziness of it. Is it Fink? What a gun.

pulled this out and gave it a spin just yesterday.

This version is an edit, the full version went on even longer, forty plus minutes. Prince was going to release that version including the sound of the tape running out. He said if it feels this good to play it must feel good to listen too, and it sure does.
