In the Crystal Ball version of Movie Star there is like the background club noise before prince starts to speak

and in like the 2 seconds before he starts to speak i swear to god i heard the intro to Jam Of The Year being played

can anyone lese pick this out?

It was added to the mix later on, though; the original doesn't include the Jam Of The Year sample.

Dave is right. The original "Movie Star" did not include the "Jam of the Year" record in the background. It might have just been a crowd noise, but I'm not sure. I kind of hated that "Jam of the Year" was added for the Crystal Ball compilation. It cheapened it to me in a way, because it wasn't in its original form anymore. I'm a purist that way.
