mayte was smokin but the music prince did with her was meh .. especially the whole gold thing production was sooo bad over glossed rock ... my vote goes for a live show series 1 disk of best tracks from each tour released individually or as a box and weed out the repetative shit .. i do not want to hear lets go crazy 22 more times but i would love soundboards from each tour .. or just put out a few choice shows like cochella .. conga room (the jazzy la show) .. his birthday show in 84 or 85 with all day all nite etc..

To deliver a 9 track CD where each song was a killer that you wnated to play over and over. How the hell he managed to do an 8 track [MPLS Sound] and put in filler trax still baffles me!.
Oh, he could actually 'play the hits for the last time' now that would floor everyone!!.

Prince has wowed me enough for 12 lifetimes. I don't place expectations on others because I wouldn't want them placed on me. I want Prince to do what makes Prince happy. The man has done more with his time than lots of people.

Show up at Bunker's and ask me to get on the stage and play some guitar with him....that would be so surreal of course my hands would tremble so bad I would wonder if I would be able to play... Or just stand there while the Tears rolled down my face.This would be the Ultimate Wow of my lifetime.

Oh that's an easy one.... allow VH1 to do a "Behind the music" episode (or two)about him. I'm tired of the Beyonce repeats already.
Also about Prince not `being with a black woman. I think maybe he's just put off by us a bit. I mean, he was in love with Patrice Rushen and she shunned him. That's who he wrote, "I Wanna Be Your Lover" for. Also, he was interested in LaToya Jackson, but Joe wasn't hearing that. He had dated a few Black women in his early years. He had a girlfriend in school named Kim and he dated Susan M. from Vanity Six. I believe they both are black. Hell that's what I read anyway. If anything, Prince may just like 'em young. I,too,got a bit insulted about the infamous "running from a black woman" scene in UTCM, but I got over it. I mean he didn't run from her because she was black, he ran from her because she old, ugly, and his character was trying to change his gigalo ways.
But at the end of the day, what he prefers is what he prefer. It's not like he's about to commit to any of them forever.
