Ive never seen the graffiti bridge premier. Seen the Purple Rain and Cherry Moon premier.

It was shown on MTV on a show called Friday Night Street Party, hosted by Nia Peebles.

to some people, graffiti bridge might be greater than purple rain.
i'm guessin tim here must have watched purple rain till he got so bored his eyeballs fell outta their sockets or something.

it might not seem like graffiti bridge is the greater movie to the general audience, but i think certain scenes of the movie stand out like 'thieves in the temple', morris day's usual self, and of course, the scene which tim pointed out at the start of the thread. haha.

plus, it's the only time u get to see the original members of the time on a movie screen. which is great of course.

I find GB pretty dire, but I feel Tim should be able to share his opinion, however eloquently put, without the over-zealous mods locking it.

Heck, props for his awesome piano renditions.
