Lotusflower Vinyl... Is this Official?

Saw a Vinyl version of Lotusflower ... says it is official and limited to 2000 copies.. says it is a french import...

can anyone confirm if this is valid?

ps - if it is official, why in the hell wasnt this available on the lotusflower website for us!
