The guitar work on this cut is spectacular. Prince's vocals are smashing. Love it. It's really good.

I have the digital version of Lotusflow3r, so didn't have this song until recently. It's WAY better than The Morning After. 
Really really love it actually. And I love Lotusflow3r persoanlly, as a whole. A lot more than Planet Earth. | |

Yeah - I think its fantastic. Love the video too  Why on earth he replaced it with "The Morning After" (which, whilst an ok cut is not a patch on Crimson) is beyond me!...we have only scratched the surface of what the mind can do...

People going to dislike anything Prince does 1990 and down so I have to say Prince did put his foot into Lotus Flow3r and the songs definitley sound even better live I have to say. Straight Jacket Funk Affair

I hadn't paid much attention to this song before Prince's cover. It made me search out the original and the Joan Jett cover. Prince scores a ten in my book with this tune. Who ever said Prince has lost it - has lost it. The Kid's still got game! | |
