ick. not really. he was kind of grody lookin' back then. slimy and skeezy.

prefer the attitude from back then, but he kind of grossed me out.

I like how he looks now.

At the time I loved the look. If he still looked like that today, it would be weird and a turnoff since it would just be him holding on to the distant past.

I loved the PR look. It was a bit more "in control" that Controversy and even 1999. The hair took on a better shape, etc.

I loved the Parade look - the suits, the ties.

I loved the Gold Experience through NewPowerSoul look too. Short hair, lots of symbol stuff around. I am not a fan of him with longer hair. He was just horrible looking in Graffiti Bridge, and the Alphabet St. video.

Nah. I loved the way his image changed every year back then. I loved the PR image, but also the following few years. 1989 was the first year that I didn't like the look (or the album, or the band or the tour), comparatively speaking of course.
