PURELY SPECULATING BUT if Prince was GREY? If his hair turned grey how would the public turn on him?
Would they chastise him for not getting his hair dyed? As someone who's not GREY I was wondering about this? Has Prince played any benefits for the GREY and aging community? [Edited 11/8/09 21:27pm]

Tar and feather, probably. Would they chastise him for not getting his hair dyed? Yes, deffinately. Has Prince played any benefits for the GREY and aging community? Last Purple Jam - Paisley Park October 24, 2009 ![]() bold [Edited 11/8/09 21:32pm]

He DOES have grAy. Anyone who thinks he doesn't is a fool. He's 50. People start getting gray in their 20's or 30's.

Yeah to all who think he doesnt are fools ![]() Well, if he was lucky like I, my sister, and brother, he would have very few grAy hairs at a few years close to fifty--but to have none--it has to be dyed! God, again, who gives a (select word)! Do you like the music or not, does it do anything for you GRAY HAIRS! If you still like it, why do you complain?! If you don't, why listen any more?! If you don't like it, why even come to the forum and complain? I don't get it! ![]() ![]() ![]()

It's called aging (even thought that time is a trick). Nobody can stop it. I'd like to see Prince looking like B.B.King ![]()

Grey became the established British spelling in the 20th century, pace Dr. Johnson and others,[119] and it is but a minor variant in American English, according to dictionaries. Canadians tend to prefer grey. The non-cognate greyhound was never grayhound. Both Grey and Gray are found in proper names everywhere in the English-speaking world. Americans tend to differentiate spelling when comparing the color with the adjective.

Yup, you got that right! I have used "grey" and "gray" interchangably in poetry and term papers--got marked down for using "grey" until I discovered that both were equally acceptable....(more than some profs knew!). I think the same applies to hair color! If mine doesn't come in fantastic salt and pepper like my bf, then I'm thinking a brownish/red! Never dyed before but I'll take the dive into dye! ![]() [Edited 11/9/09 0:07am]

Well it depends. I'm 36 and still have my dark hair. My father is 65 and didn't turn grey either... Just sayin'

Oh HELL no! Prince cannot ever go gray. Under no circumstances.
I gave Obama the same advice - do NOT go gray. Sadly, he didn't listen.

Actually, he is.

I know some people in their 50s without a single grey hair.
Whether that's the case with Prince, I suppose only his hairdresser knows. "Free URself, B the best that U can B, 3rd Apartment from the Sun, nothing left to fear" Prince Rogers Nelson - Forever in my Life -

Thank you for that GHEY answer. Whether it's been on a.m.p. or on here, you are consistent. Consistently 100% right all of the time. As a matter of fact, I don't believe you've ever been wrong on a single issue. Not one that I can recall. Unlike that other gentlemen, also from a.m.p. Mr. Bart Van Helemelen er something like that. BTW, in my world, GHEY means super cool and intelligent. So again thank you for being GHEY.
