I think his LA homes were rented, so if Prince tore those down, somebody would be really pissed.

So Prince is, inter alia, an expert at demolition orders.

Yeah, but he seems not to think of it as work. I heard there were some really nice living quarters in PP in the areas that were never open to the public (i.e., the Celebrations).
