Wow, that's a double-edged question, in that he was referring to controversy surrounding people who have "colonized minds" involving racism...but the social implications are much broader... The question is whether he asked himself about his own "colonization" possibilities (or tendencies) when he wrote that song! A Pandora's Box subject, for sure!eek

Could you elaborate please?

I wish Prince had done a video of this song. Something though provoking and powerful, but I suppose it would have taken quite a bit of capital.
