Great cd and The Truth is a masterpiece

Just got the 4 CD set in the mail yesterday--I'm listening to it for the first time and there are some real gems on it. The song Crystal Ball is tha bomb! Can't wait to hear the other CDs! Also, just got the 4 CD Madhouse set in the mail today! I'm gonna be jamming to what is for me new Prince music all afternoon!

Wouldn't U know it! The F%(**)#) 5 disc changer my X left me starts trying to eat CDs on the day I listen to two Prince CD sets for the first time! Damn it, now I have to hear them on my inferior computer speakers! My friend said I better rescue these rarities before the disc changer scratches them and eats them up like his did! LOL So, I guess I gotta buy a new CD player--but in the mean time, the instrumental jazz I'm hearing on the first Madhouse CD is the totally jazz CD I was imagining from Prince, and I think it is great! (Of course, I've always been a jazz lover, but never heard it from Prince!). Even on inferior speakers it sounds wonderful!

ANY of Prince's music on inferior speakers sound great...it shines thru

A good friend of mine says it's a must own. I believe there are a lot of good songs on Crystal Ball, unfortunately I don't own it yet. It'll be worth it when I get it though. I even like the remixes. *Ducks possible flying bricks*. I'm a Prince romantic. I can fall in love with everything he does if I try hard enough. While I probably won't marry the album, I'm sure I'll enjoy it.

In the Madhouse set, it includes MAdhouse8, 16, 24(from 1988), and 24(from 1994).
It is mostly instrumental jazz with few background vocals. I wanted to hear him do a jazz album and this is it!

It is a bootleg. All bootleg CDs used to be professionally pressed at a factory and had professionally printed booklets, tray cards and discs. Now it's the exception, but not the rule.

Madhouse 24 has never been commercially released by Prince in any form.
