Rapping on Choclate Box In the song CHocolate Box there's a rap at the end. In the beginning it sounds like Prince but as it get's to the middle it sounds lie Q-tip. WHo is it? Working up a purple sweat. | |

Why can nobody rap well on a Prince Track?
Even normally good artists like Q-Tip and Chuck D go to mush on a Prince Track. Tony M, Scrap whatsisname (D?), even Prince himself (except for that "Keep my dollars f***ing" line). The only person to have committed a half-decent verse to a Prince track is Eve on the TGRES remix. I think its time to drop the rap. Permanently.
