No. The rumour arose because all (or most) of ONA-Live! copies sent to club members contained a copy of ONA (probably to ensure that all Club Members received at least one copy of ONA) for their membership.)

It would appear that similar sets were dispatched to the press sources for review, and some newspapers and magazines (quite legitimately, one would think) supposed that ONA was a fourth surprise disc in the box, and reported it as such.

All reports of non-Club member purchases have said that there is no ONA in the box set.
