In the eighties and especially the nineties we did the craziest things for Prince.

Some examples :
- Camping in fromt of the venue's entrance to get a spot on front row. Never mind rain, snow, just cuddle up beneath a sheet of plastic. The anticipation kept you warm anyway....
- Those were the day that Prince reserved a special area in front of the stage for the die-hard fanss. Circumventing the plastic bracelet security to get more people in than allowed almost became a sport. It sometimes even involved changing pants
- Travelling all around Europe to see the same show over and over again.
- Staying awake after returning from Paris to see him perform in Ghent and then race to Brussels to see him perform the worst aftershow ever and collapsing at 4AM from exhaustion.
- Meeting with Prince's publicist to give him fan made presents, including some artwork
- Fans waiting outside a concert buying Prince hundreds of roses and get them delivered backstage
- Standing nose to nose with Prince during the opening of the Camden Store with only the glass window separating us and having to see him leave because the panic in the crowd behind us threatened to smash us into the window.

Just a small selection of the things we did during "the days of wild"

The latest passionate thing I did, was grab the microphone in Paris while dancing on stage with Prince and sing "Play that funky music" while he played guitar next to me.

I drove 2 hrs to see him and I've never regreted it-it happens to be the only Prince concert I've been to ing he comes to DFW before he stops performing.

I ran to him...breathless ..

Well when i hear of a tv appearances hes gonna make,i always watch it and i watch boring awards shows (grammys,peoples choice awards,naacp awards,etc)just 2 c if he will be there and give a 2 minute speech or something.

I don't mean to act like I am the only person living my life in a serious manner and for perfect reason.

I know from past mistakes that short-term relationships with sex are bland and unnecessary.

I know that other men and women are living their lives in a healthy way, I believe that Prince is as well.
