From SOTT, I count:

40 outtakes
8 Madhouse songs
5 Sheila E songs
8 Jill Jones songs

for a grand total of 61... PLUS the actual 16 on SOTT.
Whew!

I've been listening to the Madhouse music and it is the closest to representing what I could call the sound of that time.

Jill Jones album was a collage of music from 1999 - SOTT

I wonder what was the direction Prince wanted to take with Sheila that she disagreed with? Was it something like a Robin image?

Some of the many live/rehearsals/jams of Beautiful Night/Housequake are sublime, really epitomises what the SOTT band were all about.

"Kick some ass!"
