1978 K-FUNK Interview

I've searched but all I found was this link, http://prince.org/msg/7/319083

Is that really Prince?

Can someone give me some history on this please.

It's really Prince. I don't know anything about that weird ass "interview" except KQRS is a Minneapolis radio station not known for playing funk, but they did give Prince very early exposure in town. That's the station where I first heard him. You had to stay up until midnight on Sundays to hear local and cutting edge stuff.

The interview is available on boots like iVault and Revelations.
If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

I so remember those days. The snow wasn't the only thing cold and white.
