This is a very helpful thread but it is largely based on research that was done but all of us at the UPTOWN staff. I know because I personally researched a great deal of this myself. Congrats for compiling this, but from what I read on here, most of this has been published in some form in Days Of Wild or one of the other UPTOWN publications.

Thanx for putting this out there because it is an amazing list and your passion is obvious about this topic.

Common "Star *69 (PS With Love)" from his Electric Circus album.

Prince plays keys and guitar on this, albeit buried wayyyyy back in the mix. Not certain on the date of recording, but I'm led to believe it was spring/summer of 2001.

and no, he's not involved at all on the very prince-esque interlude that concludes the track... though his Linn Drum was used for the piece.

he was asked to contribute guitar to the album's closer, "Heaven Somewhere", which features most of the guest artists that appeared on the album, but declined.
