Did anyone else hear that brief Alphabet St. snippet at the beginning? It's the "yeah yeah yeah" part. Funny. It's a tribute concert!!!!

The bass and horns are cool about TJ's version, but he can't sing, nor dance to it properly and that's what this song requires. TJ's version is cool but Prince's version is superior, especially live.

Seeing we are talking about cover versions I like the version of Purple Rain by a Norwegian,(cant remember who it was but could be from the covers cd from Norway) heard it the once and it just blew me away.
