1999/Little Red Corvette green labels.

Just picked this record up for the princely sum of 50p! Is it rare? found it on Sleeveographia and there are no ebay listings for it shrug

Can any collecting geeks tell me it's value?

They have them listed by the catalog number W1999 UK referred to on Sleeveographia, but not many other details.
