can i play with u and sticky wicked are the only ones

eric leeds said if there were some, he didn't play on them, which he would have expected at the time, and he hasn't heard them, which would be unusual for prince to have stuff like that and not play to anyone, thus as far as he believes there isn't any

prince didn't actually say he did have any either, he was however suggesting or inferring he did

most of the other tracks on the crucial bootleg album are by eric leeds and atlanta bliss, miles only plays on can i play with u

The only 3 I know of that are circulating are

Sticky Wicked - Released on Chaka Khan's C.K. album.
Can eye Play With U? - still unreleased.
Movie Star - performed by Miles Davis and not technically a collaboration but a cover of the song.

There's also a live performance of them together at Paisley Park. It's shown in a clip in the documentary "The Prince Of Paisley Park".
When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

I have the outtake for Crucial and it definitely sounds like Miles is on the track.

prince never played with miles on movie star, either live or in the studio. in fact prince never worked with miles in the studio on sticky wicked or can i play with u, they just sent tapes to each other and they worked in seperate studios

miles has covered movie star and some of the tracks from the first unreleased version of the madhouse album 24, and there are a few miles davis unnoficial releases with recordings of him playing them

the section of miles playing with prince was from the 31st december 87 charity ball at paisley park, during a long 25 minute jam on it's going to be a beautiful night miles came onstage and jammed for 5 minutes. an unnoficial recording of the video of the full show circulates amongst fans

as for crucial, it's most definately not miles davis, miles davis plays trumpet mainly, not sax, and it's sax that features predominently on one of the unreleased long versions of crucial, played by eric leeds

A lot of people thought that Miles played on "Power Fantastic" but it was Matt Blistan(Atlanta Bliss). He said that was his greatest compliment.
