snowboardqeen	What Neighborhood or Hoods Did Prince Grow Up In? Hi, Did Prince grow up in North Minneapolis or Uptown, or the neighborhood just East of Uptown around Park Ave.? Thanks a million in advance!

he grew up in Compton and was a southside Crip till the age of 16, when he discovered music.

Predominantly North Minneapolis, but he went to High School at Minneapolis Central, which was on 34th and 4th in South Minneapolis.
