Prince Darling Nikki live PHilly 2000

[snip - Mars23]

in that video he fucks and humps the stage
like he did in the Purple rain days and audiance is going wild.
few months after this performance Prince
stop playing this song after band played
intro and moved into Joy in Repetition.
Why did he stop performing this song
and do you
think Prince will eventualy perform his raunchier material?

nup thats that for the humpy dumpy prince unfortunately.....

in a way it's a shame but at the same time, I don't think the idea of a 50 something year old man getting his top off and grinding a stage floor will work quite well.

I always imagined Prince, still playing it, but performing it with a killer guitar solo cool

I must admit I don't really care for this version BUT at the same time it's got it's own value as the last time Prince got down and dirty on stage

how many 50 year olds out there are even bold enough to even think about doing that, yet alone capable of pulling off splits on stage!?

Prince rocks, major props cool

No no no

He's too old, and he knows it

What is age but a cage?
If Angus Young were to stop wearing his school boy uniform before hitting the stage just because he's in his fifties, there would be mayhem to pay.

This just in from Kayne West:

"Yo Prince. I know you just humped the stage and all and Imma let you finish, But James Brown's was the best split of all time."
