questions about ONA Live Who plays the piano solo on "rainbow children", Prince or renato?
Why does candy dulfer get to play more solo's then maceo? And who is the percussionist on the 'it aint over' cd, if its Sheila E why isn't she mentioned? Please be so kind to answer these questions, thank you.

Renato played the solo, Prince on guitar
Candy was present at more shows than Maceo, I also consider her style more versatile & dynamic! Don't know the percussion question, probably Sheila E.

That wasn't Sheila at the New York aftershow, but I think she was in LA...
AAHHH the eternal saxophone debate, Candy is Candy, she sounds like Candy, (although she has been refered to as a David Sanbournette!) Maceo, well he is the archangel of saxophone, he's Maceo, no-one sounds like him, and versatile, or dynamic don't really qualify... on another related note, Candy is apparently on Maceo's new album to be released next month... and to me the highlight of the New York show was Avalanche with Maceo playing the solo, made me cry!

The eternal saxophone debate (by Rebeka I don't think that you really can judge who is the "better" one. I think that Maceo is more funky and Candy is more melodic in their way of playing. But of course that is only my opinion. BTW anyone ever seen Candy performing? Great, isn't it

All I know is that i'd prefer rubbing up and down Candy's legs a little mo' better than Maceo's. ----------

Yeah well that's probably gender/sexulaity related... me I think I might prefer Maceo, altho' I can see the Candy appeal, and it's not who's "better" to me, just who is who...
