most impressive piano playing by Prince

Piano is the first instrument P learned to play.
which live or studio piano playing u like the most and find it impressive?
LoveSexy piano segment from Dorthmund .

he does showcase a lot on his piano skills on some parts.
also every time he plays Little Richard/Ray Charles
influenced piano playing
he sounds great
The Dance -great piano solo by Prince very Renato influenced

I actually like Prince piano & keyboard playing more that his guitar playing. He has a distinctive way of attacking his notes that i like.

I don't care what anybody says. Prince synthesizer hooks in the eighties was amazing. He started all of that horn sounding syth playing and made it popular besides Stevie Wonder. I can't say anybody is better than him with Synthesizers. All The Time & vanity6 songs with those catchy syth hooks were him. I also like "Sex shooter" Get it Up & Nasty Girl synths they were incredible.
eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince

I think the piano is his best instrument too razz

Hands down, his brief piano version of Purple Rain in the movie was the best ever. I had always wanted to here a longer version of this, and I was very pleased when he played Purple Rain on the piano by himself in Cleveland during the ONA tour.

In my opinion it's Visions...A lil' 2 mins of Piano, nothing else. It highlights his awesome skill on the instrument.

Nice question!!

I love his piano playing too & think the Lovesexy video is great, especially when he makes that run down the whole piano.

I have to say the 21 nights, Wednesday 12th gig was pretty spectacular too. Pretty much half of 1999!!
