Prior to that and after two takes of the Police Car scene (Magnoli wanted a different siren sound on each take), we had watched them film a couple of scenes with Apples and Morris arguing outside of The Kids house and also running around it. These didn't require any extras. The scene with them running wound up in the promo trailer for Purple Rain, but otherwise were cut from the movie.

It was fun.
