REALLY hoping someone can help me out here! I'll try to keep this brief, but it is hard to contain details about THE most exciting night of my life so far!

Date: Tues, Aug. 10, 2004
Location: Phillips Arena; Atlanta, GA

Before the concert I was approached by a man named Kevin and asked if I would like to go onstage with Prince at the end of the show. Of course I coolly accepted (outwardly), splitting at the seams on the inside! The 14 or so other girls who were also onstage flocked to the center of the stage, while I went off on my own to "perform" towards the people I was sitting with. Next thing I knew, Prince was playing his guitar right next to me. I moved over to give him some space when he turned towards me and started to remove his guitar from around his neck. Eye to eye, he starts putting the guitar (the one with the leopard print) around my neck! He looks me square in the eye and asks, "Do you play?" I'm sure I was speechless and only able to shake my head "no" but he continues to give me the guitar, tells me to "Just fake it" and walks away! I did just that, "playing" with his bass player and saxophonists who came over to perform a "duet" (and see if I was really playing!).

Unbelievable moment! Unfortunately, since I chose to abide by the "no cameras" rule, my only momentos I have from that night are the ticket, the wristband I received to get on stage, and a guitar pic with the symbol on it! Can anyone help me here? I was wearing a purple top and some white pants which I STILL get asked about! Please let me know if there is someone I can contact for video footage, pictures, ANYTHING!

That's funny esp since our monikers are close to the same. I was lucky in that I'm friendly with Prince's photographer. My night on stage when I did a total of 7 splits and got to sing was captured by him. I actually had my photos on the NPGMC website for almost a year...Yes, it was a great night!! I wish that I could help U but even if I was still in contact with his former photographer, he couldn't give out the photos...Good luck getting the photos!! U might get lucky one day and see video of it...I've seen myself in a few

Yep, the white pants were pretty hot, if I may say so myself. Even got an honorable mention on the radio about a week later - someone called in trying to find out who the "girl in the white pants on stage at the Prince concert" was!

Maybe one day I'll get lucky and find a pic or video....

SEVEN splits, wshuhvn?!! Now THAT'S impressive! I think I got down on my back with the guitar in the air once (like I was a total rock star!), but that's about as far as it went (probably realized I had WHITE pants on and a concert stage was probably not the best place to be lying on the floor!).

Btw, great taste in name! LVSXY must have been taken!

Squirrelgrease has officially bogarted my plea for help here! I ain't mad though, that picture is hilarious! I thought the white pants were snapshot-worthy; apparently what I REALLY needed was a rack like that!
