I like the new album Xpectation much more than the ONA Live especially if you add these 4 new downloads Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya and Copenhagen!

I just wanna Know why when I play them like when I doqwnload them they skip! now,somebody told me I have to do something in the Hard Drive? I have a New computer! Can it be I'm with MSN who is slower than DSL?

i also think it's some sort of test. The email i received specifically said not to share the link of empty room. Until these other links are given to me by the club, i'm waiting to download.

Australians got 2 download a whole aftershow because he didnt tour here. I wish. Infact I didnt get any emails.

That's what I initially thought but we still haven't had access to the Dutch members soundcheck treat or the Australians aftershow. I know the Aussies didn't get a tour there . .

I don't know whether it is an experiment or not that only some people receive the emails. Fact is that in the past I did not receive emails from npgmc for no reason and this has happened to other people too.

Anyway I love the 4 extra downloads and I think they fit well with the xpectation songs.

While the downloads are great, I wouldn't say they're better than ONA Live, in my opinion. But a nice continuation to be sure. I definitely like the direction Prince is going in musically.
But even with all this great music, the complaining continues.

I got the links off of AMP while the org was down. The 4 instrumental downloads are great. Blows ONAL away with just these 4 songs. Taking a shower this morning all I could hear in my head was Prince singing "Tokyo" over & over again. Really sticks in my head. Hope these songs get some sort of official release.

Yeah, I noticed that also. I just normalized the last 4 tracks to correct this and it now sounds very nice. Almost all CD burning software allows you to equalize the sound taken from different recordings.

everyone is saying not to download the other regions free songs. I downloaded all of them because on the page, is says not to share outside the music club. I see the key word there being "outside". I haven't given the link to anyone I know isn't in the club. I am. and still havn't gotten my ONAL box set. now I know someone is going to tell me I haven't gotten my box set becuz of this. hahaha...very funny.

I am one of those people who never seem to receive the Club emails, including the recent ones about Xpectation and the other downloads. Instead, I found out about them via AMP and princefams.com, where I also got the links to said downloads. I proceeded to download the songs before later reading the posts about some members/regions getting the emailed links and others not. I figured that I just didn't get the emails and that the downloads were for every member to download and enjoy.

I am more than a little confused as to why some regions were sent an email/download, when another wasn't. I went ahead and downloaded all the songs because I read the message on the NPGMC site about "not sharing outside the music club", something I have not, and WILL not, do.

If the Club *is* conducting some strange experiment by giving particular downloads only to certain regions and members but not to others, and I broke the "rules" by downloading what I did without actually receiving an email telling me that *I, specifically* could download them, then I apologize.

But it seems to me such an 'experiment' is just asking for trouble and will only serve to cause confusion and upset between members. Or maybe I just havent' thought about it enough to see a valid point or lesson or whatever to it, I don't know.
