Found a cool way to edit "Tokyo" and "Osaka" together! I clipped the "Tokyo" end FADE OUT off at 04:58.59 and I clipped the "Osaka" FADE IN off at 00:01.45 in a wav editing program. Then I burned them on a cd: "Tokyo" followed by "Osaka".
The end result was a seamless transition between the two songs, with the sound of the rainstorm in between. I'm pretty sure this is how they were supposed to be arranged, because the sound of the birds chirp loudly toward the end of Tokyo and are faintly fading at the beginning of Osaka. Also, with the rain, there is a nice thunderclap that separates the two songs. [This message was edited Sun Jan 5 20:25:18 PST 2003 by princeiscool] "this is where the PURPLE PARTY PEOPLE be" | |

I'm still wondering if these songs are "live" in the sense
of an average soundcheck or aftershow or wether they are "live" in the sense of "The Undertaker" sessions. I say that because they do sound like they're supposed to go together and since they are embellished with the same sound fx. It's really great great great music, these two tracks. I know they're different from the "Xpectation" project, but still, one can't help comparing. And in my book, they're better. ...
