Actually most of the tabs are the same as the album version (IIRC), just the arrangement makes it sound more "jazzy" and so does the rhythm arrangement.

I just gave the first few lines a listen and he just seems to add a few major sevens here and there. For example the solo (melody)/note he plays with his guitar right in the beginning is an E. Add an E to F and you have Fmaj7. There you go.
