I think it means there are other videos in the works perhaps linked with the "big brother" figure (Prince) watching over/directing the events of the videos to come--Chocolate Box video does have a "Dr. No" kinda feel to it, yes?

Also think "Chocolate Box" is metaphor for Prince's talents/abilities - so many variations from the conscious of one...

I do like the original poster's comment that he/she likes chocolate as if to say that he/she would be pre-disposed to like any song that contains or covers chocolate. With that in mind, and with Erotic City having been mentioned previously, I'd just like to say that I like cities and I like erotica, so when I heard that there was a song called Erotic City I obviously got quite excited. Thankfully it was fuck all like Chocolate Box.

I constantly skip this song.

THe whole "Where the drawls" line coming from Prince at 50 just destroyed the song for me.

One of the few on LF that I've NEVER listened to all the way through. A bit annoying, but that's just my opinion.

It's funny how a lot of people loved "Discojellyfish" playing on the little radio before the site launched but then can't stand "Chocolate Box". so it's obviously not the music but the lyrics that people are hating.

It's one of my faves off the new CDs and I like the video.
