Yeah, that voice is actually a Morris Day inpersonation that Prince does. He does that voice in few of songs. Clorren Bacon Skin, Cold Coffee & Cocaine ect.

Some people think I'm kinda cute
But that don't compute when it comes 2 Y-O-U.
