im in atlanta and i have checked everwhere no happenings on the cd. what is the real street date anyone know whats up?

Apparently the major chain stores were told to delay sales, even though some may actually have them in stock.

The independent stores don't care about such things, so this is their chance to get advance sales. Maybe Prince is intentionally supporting the indie stores by telling the chain stores to not sell? Just a wild guess.
