Prince / Miles Davis Question

I once read that a Prince-penned poem was read at the Miles Davis funeral. Does anyone know the validity of this or is there a transcript anywhere?

I just heard A Letter 4 Miles. What is the story behind this production? Thanks!

Never heard about the poem.

They only collaborated on two tracks "Can eye Play With U?" which remains offically unreleased and "Sticky Wicked" which was on Chaka Khan's "CK" album.

Miles Davis also did a cover of "Movie Star".
When eye go 2 a Prince concert or related event it's all heart up in the house but when eye log onto this site and the miasma of bitchiness is completely overwhelming!

Miles also played in concert and recorded other Prince compositions. The songs were then intended for the unreleased Madhouse 24. The Miles versions are supposed to be incredible. They were slated for a posthumous Miles release called The Last Word which never was released due to Warner Bros conflicts.

I know the Leeds brothers doubt it, but I bet there are more collaborations in the vault.
