kirsten scott thomas said in an interview Prince wanted to get around actually properly kissing as she was married and he didn't think it would be right to kiss. so they came up with a solution and somehow didn't snog properly.
take from that what you will... but i think that's why the kisses look weird. (to me anyway) ----------

I too noticed the kissing was not quite right in that movie. I never noticed the kissing in PR. I can't stand to watch it in UTCM, it's just nasty. Sort of like an exagerated silent movie kiss. Ick! I hope he kisses better than that in real life. Nothing worse than a bad kisser! | |
