agreed. the first thing he rambles on about is the Opus, and can she get him one. what a moron, show some respect and ask her about herself and what she's up to... then get on to the juicy stuff about her brother once she's been softened up a bit.

Correct me if im wrong but my ears tells me we have found our phony prince. [Edited 8/8/09 20:00pm] Prince did an interview with a woman at Record World. They talked about whatever, then he asked her: "Does your pubic hair go up to your navel?" At that moment, we thought maybe we shouldn't encourage him to do interviews. | |

I understand this is a Prince fan website/podcast, but I felt it was a bit disrespectful to Tyka. She was very gracious and sweet in her replies, but in my opinion, even if you're obviously a prince fansite, when you invite a musician on to your show, the focus should be on them.
It always makes me feel for them in some respects--Prince is a huge star in their Universe so it's hard to shine on your own, but these folks are very talented (Tyka has a great voice and her songs are great). I think Tyka and groups like Wendy & Lisa are more than gracious in their responses--thankfully, Anxiety weeded out a good deal of Prince-centric questions in the last interview. Of course it would be easier if Prince actually answered questions himself...honestly  | |

Wow....Tyka you got the third degree. hahaaa I loved the interview even though homeboy couldn't contain himself professionally. But he still gets props! He had the kohoonies that day.
BTW that ruined 20+yrs "Sister" and the whole mystique of that song.....in what 2min! So It was a tribute???  LOL
