It came with the Uptown Days Of Wild Book. Contains PDFs of Uptown issues 1-40.

Since all info stops at the end of 1999, I would guess the release year as being 2000. I don't have the book handy. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot. | |
