How often do you listen to it? It is a classic album and I can't say how many times over the years I've listened to it entirely-I don't think it's been that many times. I listen to certain songs all the time especially I Would Die 4 U But I hardly ever listen to Purple Rain(title track) and that is probably Prince's best known song besides LRC & 1999. So how many times do you pop PR in the cd player? Turntable, whatever?

I listened 2 "Purple Rain," a few weeks ago...And I do about twice a year.

not one of my favorite songs but when im in the car on the freeway or something ill play the song on my ipod and just drift away...

I played it TODAY!! In the car with my MP3 player, and my friend reminded me that I should wear only one ear bud to be safe on the road

if i wanna hear them tracks i go to the live /rehearsal/alt versions

I dont play it often, but its comforting to know its there

I dont listen to the title track that often, but when i do i am always amazed.

its probably not "cool" to like PR- but it is the one non fans know the best- its Princes "thriller"

Every 10 days or so...I love that album!

i still listen to purple rain a lot, but i listen to all the different live versions, hardly ever the original.
