Question: Just what in the HELL was Prince (The Artist, whatever...) trying to do in that red and black get up? Was he trying to fly or something?

I always liked the silk pajamas and straight short cut from Under The Cherry Moon. Simple and still cool!

I prefer anything where he is wearing the gold chain police hat and carries the gun microphone. Personally, I wish I had a police hat with chains to cover my face.

Personally I like the dapper way Prince looks lately. Although some of the tunics he wore in the past were cuter than I ever thought a tunic on a man would be.

I kinda liked the Christopher Tracy hair, I don't like like when P gets into the "higher the hair, nearer to God" way of looking so much. It makes his head look to big for his body, IMO. He was also quite cute on the 21 Nights tour in London if Randee's book is any clue. That little black jacket/coat with ruffles on the sleeves was adorable on him.


His only bad move in recent years was at the Grammy's when he wore that red suit and his hair severely slicked back on the sides and nearly straight up on top. He looked exactly like the cartoon character the roadrunner come to life.

The look during Emancipation from sweaters, to the silk pajamas again, with the short hair and new ear bling...all spot on.

the Parade/UTCM look is my favorite.



But, i love the Lovesexy look as well with the polka dots and long hair.



although, the 1982 pre-Purple Rain look is pretty epic.
