I´ve tried to order it several times for years now but it was almost impossible to get.They took my order but then, two weeks later, told me that it was unavailable. It´s more of a thesis paper than a proper book though, so keep that in mind.Some self published stuff.
Could be good anyway.

^It is available for a while now from amazon.com for a nice $31.58. I have a copy but haven't read it yet so I cannot tell what the book is like. (Although I have heard from people that it is awful)

I bought it when it first came out...Good enough read. It's up on the shelf. I believe that there were a few things that I disagreed with but the guy did his research and was an obvious fan...
