Where "Sign O' The Times" and "Graffiti Bridge" released in Japanese cinemas?

I know both "Purple Rain" and "Under The Cherry Moon" were released in Japanese movie theatres, but what about the following two movies?

Reason why I ask is because I'm looking for Japanese movie posters for these two films, but haven't found any? Where they straight-to-DVD releases in that region?
